Psychology Today - Depression and Dreams

Mar 31, 2014

Because we have discovered the existence of the wild side of the human conscience, and because of the wisdom and goodness of the unconscious mind that produces dreams, today we know exactly how to translate dream messages. The wild side of the conscience provokes craziness in the human side because the wild anti-conscience is a priori schizophrenic.

Today we know that we can trust the unconscious mind. We know that dream messages are warnings, teachings and psychotherapy for our human conscience that needs to be developed to eliminate the dangerous anti-conscience.

If you are depressed, you can easily learn how to overcome your sadness, because you can see in your dreams what is at the root cause of the problems you are facing now and how you can solve them.

You may believe you know the reasons, however you may be completely overlooking other factors that influence the development of the reality in which you find yourself.

For example, before the invention of the microscope, nobody knew that there were so many micro-organisms everywhere. Because we know that today, we meticulously clean our equipment. We even boil everything, taking all necessary precautions so that nothing will be contaminated by the micro-organisms that cause several diseases.

In the same way, by interpreting your dreams, you will see that there are many other factors responsible for the problems you are now facing, but that you cannot see without knowing how to look for them. They are invisible to you, like the micro-organisms without a microscope.

Your insight will increase manifold.

In addition, your dreams provide you free psychotherapy and counseling for life. If you are smart, you will start learning how to interpret them right away! Start writing down your dreams today.

If you are depressed, you have a pressing reason to care for your dreams and a safe environment for treating your psychological and existential problems. You will know that the guidance you receive is absolutely correct and can help you develop your intelligence and become strong and self-confident.

The knowledge you will acquire interpreting your dreams should be reason enough to make you take notes about your dreams. In writing them out, try to understand their deeper meaning. The benefits you will receive are so numerous that they can't be described in this one article....

I've mentioned many benefits in all my articles, but there are still many that I haven't had the chance to explain to you, because you ignore the basics. If you don't know what a cell is, you can't understand how to use a microscope...

Interpreting your dreams with the only method that exactly translates their meaning, you will discover the other side of reality, where everything is prepared before it happens.

Yes, this is very impressive. Biologists have observed that behavioral programming determines animal behavior and human behavior in response to stimuli in the environment. This programming was prepared before our appearance on Earth, otherwise we would not be able to survive on this hostile planet, where so many dangers threaten all live creatures.

Since everything is so well prepared before we are born, and since we can predict the future, many things happen before we actually observe the results of them happening.

When we interpret our dreams we receive precious guidance. Later, we realize that we were able to avoid real misfortunes thanks to the warnings we received.

Preparation of reality is the scientific explanation for the possibility of predictions. Predictions are really possible and they can save many lives.

When you learn how to interpret your dreams, your internal world and your external reality become known fields for you. You enter into another level of consciousness, allowing you to solve all the problems that you were previously not able to, when you were blind and could not see what exists behind the present moment.

This is how your depression is easily treated and you pass from weakness and despair to self-confidence, courage and happiness.

If you are only depressed and your depression hasn't become a neurosis yet, by interpreting your dreams you can effect a cure in only 6 months.

You need treatment, so that all your psychological functions will be developed. This is something that cannot happen suddenly, only gradually and with your participation.

If you are already neurotic, your psychotherapy may take 8 months.

However, after your initial treatment, your occupation with dream interpretation will be fascinating, since you will be able to predict the future and correct its development when what you see ahead is not how you would like it to be.

Your depression is, in fact, an invitation to the dream world, where you can solve your internal problems, and where you can prepare the solution for all the problems of the external reality that you live in.

Areas and Designs of Psychological Research

Psychological research is a vital necessity towards further development within society. Psychology is a varied discipline that covers many areas of study, and as such requires divisional areas of research, along with practical and effective research designs.

First of all we will take a look at areas of psychological research, and then move onto research methods.

Psychobiology

Psychobiology is the biological research of psychology. Psychobiologists study the human brain from cellular level to research possibilities and reasons for mental illness - such as schizophrenia - from a biological standpoint. It is one of the most popular research areas in psychology today.  Psychobiology is a study of the brain.

Cognition

Cognition is a research study of how human process information, which importantly leads us to making everyday decisions. Cognition study is very much a research of the mind; how memory works, and how previous events effect future decisions (as per Sigmund Freud's hypotheses).

Human Development

Human development is an area of psychological research which involves the assessment, outcomes and - depending on age - possibilities across a lifetime. We will go through many changes in life from social, physical and cognitive mandates and decisions. Human development research has helped us understand the processes of childbirth (including raising the children), to career paths and outcomes.

Social Psychology

Social Psychology is a discipline in that how we psychologically affect each other as individuals in everyday society, and how opinions, superstitions and stereotypes lay their foundations in this vital area. An example research of social psychology would be a study of the types of writing styles and attitudes on an internet forum, and how it relates to the forum subject area.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is an applied research method in that psychologists evaluate appropriate therapy methods for illness such as Bi Polar, Anxiety and Depression in practical situations.

Psychological research designs can be categorised into three areas: descriptive, predictive, and experimental. Each have their positives and negatives, but are all appropriate depending on the type or subject of study taking place.

Descriptive

Descriptive is an informal research approach which gives a descriptive verbal picture of the current situation. It can be an eye balling naturalistic approach in a natural everyday environment, or a controlled laboratory observation. An individual or group can also be used as an example case study and a description of participant's responses to a survey can also be used. The advantage of observational research is that it can validate further research, while the disadvantage is lack of control due to minimal or no facts.

Predictive

Predictive research methods can be categorised into two areas: corelational and quasi-experimental.

Corelational is the assessment of the relationship between two variables. An example would be the relationship between high powered cars and road fatalities (high powered cars being one variable, road fatalities the other). If the study showed the rate of road fatalities goes up when matched with high powered cars then this would show a positive relationship (both variables going in the same direction). Whilst if the study variable of high powered cars was replaced with low powered cars, and the road fatality rate was low, then this would be a negative corelational relationship.

Quasi-experimental predictive research method involves the selection of two identifiable groups. An example of this would be a study conducted on the body fat percentage of a division one soccer team against a division four team. If the division one team were to show lower levels of body fat then we could describe and predict that all higher level soccer players carry a lower body fat percentage than lower levels players. It is important to note that the quasi-experimental method differs from the experimental method in that the groups were naturally occurring.

Experimental

The experimental method could be seen as the most reliable, accurate and valid method of research. The experimental method involves a study where the variables are controlled as much as possible. For example, let's say a researcher was interested in the effect of consuming a No Doz tablet (containing 100mg of caffeine) 30 minutes before a weight training session in terms of levels of intensity.

Psychology Today - Prevent All Mental Illnesses Beforehand

Mar 19, 2014

You can easily learn what the meaning of your dreams is today, only because I continued the dangerous research abandoned by Carl Jung into the unknown region of the human psyche. Otherwise, this knowledge would still be too complicated for you and only a few people would continue reaping its benefits, but not completely, since no one would see the entire truth about human nature like I did.

Today everything is very well explained for you, in a scientific manner, and you simply understand logically what you see in front of you when you learn how to translate the meaning of your dreams with my version of Carl Jung's method.

However, things have not been that simple for Carl Jung's students until today, because they didn't continue Jung's research and they didn't see that there is a wild part in the human conscience, too violent and cruel, that lives constantly trying to provoke craziness to the human side of the conscience.

Following the scientific method of dream interpretation according to my version, you'll see exactly what the absurd tendencies of your psyche are, before you start having psychological problems and suicidal tendencies.

This is the meaning of real prevention: when we manage to protect ourselves from certain danger a long time before it starts threatening us.

This is exactly what you do when you start interpreting your dreams and this is why you must care about your dreams, even if you don't have any psychological problem and you believe that you are very far from mental illnesses.

If you wait until you have the need of salvation in order to care about what can save you, you won't have the chance to really prevent anything.

Think about that. Suppose you want to prevent the fields you seeded from being inundated by water, because you are afraid that the height of the river near them will raise and you are also afraid of too much rain. What do you have to do?

You have to build walls, cover them, etc, in order to protect your fields, which cannot be done in a hurry, from one moment to the next. You need time, preparation, calculations, etc.

If you do what you must at the last moment, you may not be able to prevent any damage.

Exactly the same happens with everything that is bad in your life: if you want to prevent what is bad from happening to you, you must take action a long time before the danger appears in front of you.

So, if you want to prevent depression, craziness and suffering, you must be very careful and learn what is necessary before you find yourself in situations too stressful and strange, without knowing what to do.

Your own dreams provide you free psychotherapy everyday, showing you with generosity all the dangers that threaten you, so that you may correct your mistakes and protect yourself, a long time before any mental illness may cause any damage to you.

Like other art forms, interior designing has been practised since ancient times. As a matter of fact, all the beautiful creations that we see today, were planned by expert architects, planners, and designers. A Great attention was given to every minute detail before starting any project. So, we can say that interior designing was an Integral part of every creation.

Interior Designing is a unique combination of art and Science. The main motive behind every designing is the utilization of available space in the best possible way. 1. Expert Approach

Psychology Today and New Discoveries - Eliminating Futility and Hypocrisy

Mar 6, 2014

When I continued Carl Jung's research in the unknown region of the human psyche through dream interpretation, I was discovering more than my teacher; nobody could believe in my achievements.

However, the truth is that our world is characterized by futility and our scientists are just as futile. I follow the guidance of the unconscious mind that knows everything and is not a victim of the camouflage of futility and hypocrisy. My seriousness and my sense of responsibility are not influenced by common human misconceptions. This means that my achievements really surpass the knowledge of the scientific community.

The wise unconscious mind that produces our dreams and sends us important messages in a symbolic form is the most perfect doctor we could ever find. It is able to cure all mental illnesses and physical diseases. It can do what no psychiatrist can do.

My affirmations are very easily confirmed as you follow the guidance of the unconscious mind through your dreams, because you find health and happiness.

You'll verify that the human being functions like a primate, since the biggest part of his brain belongs to his wild conscience, which is primitive. He has only a tiny human conscience.

The unconscious mind tries to save our humanity, but our violent wild conscience very easily manages to completely destroy our tiny human conscience through craziness.

Absurdity dominates the biggest part of our brain because our primitive conscience was developed without any organization, even though it can think.

Rationalization alone is very dangerous. It leads the rational creature to frustration and despair.

The human being needs sensitivity in order to find balance. Otherwise, his cruel animal nature transforms his capacity to think, into a self-destructive weapon.

Cold rationalism means the acceptance of absurd ideas that are disconnected with human reality. It transformed our world into a hell where no-one lives happily.

The unconscious mind keeps giving us many lessons, so that it may eliminate the many layers of futility and hypocrisy that distort the truth before our eyes. These layers were formed due to cold rationalism and indifference to human pain.

You can surpass the limits of our blind civilization by learning how to translate the meaning of your dreams today. The unconscious mind will transform you into a far superior human being, giving you perfect mental health, peace, happiness and wisdom.

You will always discern the truth and immediately find all the solutions you need. You will also help the entire world with your integrity. You'll act with sensibility and sensitivity even in the most difficult situations, and even when everyone else's behavior will reflect absurdity.

What Questions Should You Ask an Interior Designer Before Hiring Him?

Mar 4, 2014

Below is a list of helpful questions to ask an interior designer during your in-person interview, and prior to hiring him. By gathering your information, and getting answers to your design questions, you will be able to make more well-informed decisions. In addition to the formalities and technicalities of the interior designer's expertise and experience, it's truly important that you connect with the person who will handle your home's redesign. Communication is key to a successful collaboration.

1. Do you have experience designing spaces that are...(modern, retro, traditional, Victorian, minimalist, or contemporary) similar to what I'm looking for with this redesign?

2. What is your fee for what we've described with this project?

3. Will you renovate the room for us with the existing walls and structures, or will you need to knock down walls and ceilings to accomplish the look you envision?

4. Tell the designer if you have children or pets, and then ask if he can work his magic to incorporate living spaces that will reflect your lifestyle.

5. If you or another family member works at home during the day, ask the designer if he needs the space vacant to do his work.

6. What is your gut feeling about the interior designer? Do both of you click, and do you sense that you can trust him and his decisions to accomplish the goals that you have in mind?

7. Ask to see the interior designer's portfolio, and also ask him about his schooling, years of experience, and ask him about his credentials.

8. Does he have a client list that he can share with you, or perhaps a person or two that you can call for referrals about the work he did for them?

9. Ask him if you'll be able to see the floor plans, design boards, sample fabrics and other plans in advance of the work being started.

10. Ask him if he will allow you or another family member to approve the work before it's started, and especially if walls and ceilings will be knocked out.

11. Ask him about his fee structure and payment plan. Does he charge a flat fee; is everything billed on an hourly basis; or, does he require a percentage-based payment structure, whereby an established amount is paid upfront before the work begins, then another amount is payable at the halfway point, and the balance is due at the completion of the project?

12. If he receives a designer's discount by purchasing supplies from specific vendors, ask who receives the refund, you or him.

13. Ask for an estimate of how long the designer anticipates the project to take before the work is completed. Some projects will run longer than expected, but will that be reflected in the amount the designer will charge? Be very clear regarding the fees and the deliverables. Know what you are buying and paying for, and how much it will cost, before you hire the designer.

14. Ask if you're responsible for any aspect of the design, building, and purchase portions of the project. You don't want any surprises or being held responsible for holding up a team of workers when you didn't know everything was hinging on your decisions.

15. Will you receive the revised or updated drawings and floor plans for any unforeseen design changes?

16. Are you responsible for recruiting and hiring the construction or design crew, or does the interior designer provide all the personnel necessary to complete the project?

17. Will the designer agree to draw up a contract that defines his fees and services? Verbal agreements and handshakes might feel fine at the initial meeting, but it's recommended that you get everything in writing so there are no doubts regarding the arrangements that you both have agreed to.

If the designer uses words or terms that you're unfamiliar with, ask him to explain it another way until you understand his terminology. It's important that you're comfortable with the aesthetic changes and conceptual ideas that the designer has in mind before you hire him.

In addition, if at any point the designer refuses to answer your questions, or explain basic concepts, you are allowed to ask him to leave your home. Again, it's imperative that you trust the person you hire, and if your gut tells you that you both can't work together, then it's time to end the interview and prepare for the next meeting with another designer.
